应急图书基金超额完成目标

今年夏天，学生发展和校园生活、财政援助办公室和火狐体育关系和年度捐赠办公室共同设立了紧急图书基金，以补充现有的图书奖学金和助学金。

负责学生发展和校园生活的副校长卡伦·彭宁顿（Karen Pennington）分享了这项活动的重要性。 “We receive requests well over double the amount of the available grants and funds for this type of need. Obviously, there is a tremendous need for book support and many students would not get the help they need without this Emergency Book Fund.”

学生事务主任玛格丽特·科尔曼-卡特已经看到了你们的捐款所产生的直接影响。 “Students have been pouring into our office to apply for the funds, says Dean Carter. “There is obviously a great need for this type of support for our students, and students have expressed their appreciation for this resource. The Emergency Book Fund will allow more deserving students an opportunity to purchase books and supplies critical to their academic success this semester.”
