Our Mission
The Institute for the Humanities is a non-profit organization based within the College of the Humanities and Social Sciences at Montclair State University. 该研究所成立于80年代中期，其目的是促进人们对人文学科的兴趣和欣赏。 The Institute operates a very active outreach program for secondary school students and their teachers and for middle school teachers in New Jersey, offering conferences and workshops several times per semester, designed either for teachers (curriculum development) or for teachers and students combined. The Institute also offers several programs a year for the campus community.
