Welcome Freshman and Returning Students

当我们准备开始2011年秋季学期时，我们非常兴奋和热情地看到我们的住校学生正在返回校园。

In your first floor meeting, during your first week here on campus, your community assistant will provide you with information regarding fire evacuation policies, procedures, and plans.

We will conduct two fire drills during the semester:  the first will be within the first week that all students have moved in, the second will be unannounced and will occur later in the semester.  Please note that we will never conduct a fire drill between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.  If you hear an alarm during these times DO NOT ASSUME THAT IT IS A DRILL.  With that said, at any time during your stay with us, please assume that all fire alarms are actual fire alarms and act appropriately.  Calmly, but quickly, evacuate the building!  For more information, please refer to our website for more information:  Fire Safety’s Fire Evacuation Website.
