ARCHIBUS Work Order System Problem

如果您使用大学的ARCHIBUS工作请求系统为大学设施的服务提出工作请求，请注意使用Firefox访问ARCHIBUS应用程序会出现问题。
当前版本的ARCHIBUS与最新版本的Firefox （version 28）不兼容。 Anyone who has recently upgraded to Firefox Version 28 is now not able to access and thus submit a facilities service work request in the ARCHIBUS system.
We are working with ARCHIBUS to resolve this software issue.
In the interim, to submit a facilities service work request, please utilize Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer when accessing ARCHIBUS or contact the Facilities Service Desk at extension x5444 or servicedesk@montclair.edu.
We apologize for the inconvenience in accessing the University Facilities services.
