The OFE runs a broad range of workshops to support faculty across ranks throughout the most important stages of the faculty lifecycle: onboarding, reappointment, promotion, tenure, and institutional leadership. Our workshops cover the three areas of faculty endeavor––research, teaching, and service, as related to professional development.

1:1 APPOINTMENTS
OFE Faculty Developers are available for 1:1 appointments to answer individual questions, provide systems navigation support, review reappointment and promotion narratives, and provide suggestions on supplementary materials. These sessions are typically available on Zoom, but in-person options are available as well.
