Complete Your DUO Account Setup

Over the summer and fall, all employees were invited to complete their DUO account setup and to use DUO along with their password when accessing Workday and VPN.  Many employees are already using DUO for more secure access.

Beginning November 16th, Citrix will also begin requiring use of DUO when signing in. 

If you have not already done so, complete your DUO enrollment now!  Follow the steps outlined in the DUO MFA Enrollment & Usage Guide to log into the DUO self-service portal and set up your smartphone or other device to receive a “push” from DUO and complement use of your password when logging in.

As of November 16th, your grace period for enrolling will end, and you must use DUO when accessing Workday, VPN or Citrix.
