Navigate Alerts and Cases

虽然第一个进度报告期已经结束,但教师仍然可以随时发出警报,与学生和他们的顾问分享信息。 Instructors can click on the student’s name on their Navigate class roster, then “Issue an Alert” at the right of the student’s profile page. Advisors will receive an email notification (new!), review the alert, conduct outreach, and assist the student with identifying a plan of action.
Navigate helps a student’s support network stay connected! New this term are “cases,” which connect instructors and tutors from the Center for Academic Success and Tutoring in support of individual students. When an instructor raises the “Tutoring Needed” alert, a case is opened and a tutor is assigned to reach out to the student for an appointment. The tutor then records notes and outcomes for the instructor to see on their homepage in the “My Issued Alerts” section.
