Wireless Improvements in Residence Halls!

在去年12月进行了一项学生满意度调查后，信息技术网络小组与宿舍生活密切合作，开始了一项改善宿舍无线网络性能的项目。 All residence halls were tested for wifi signal strength and coverage, and plans were developed to install additional wireless access points in hallways, common areas, and in some cases directly in student rooms. 

Installation of this additional equipment began in mid-January and to date has been completed in Blanton Hall, Hawk Crossings, and The Village. Work is in process in the remaining residence buildings and will finish by early April. 

Students should see a noticeable improvement in wireless signal coverage and performance as a result of these efforts. Follow up surveys will be sent to gather feedback from residents.
