Updates

New Catering Punchout Process is Now Live in Workday

Dining Services is pleased to announce a new streamlined process for placing catering orders and paying for catering services on the Montclair Campus. All new orders for Montclair campus catering must be requisitioned and paid through the Workday catering punch-out process. Enjoy an automated end-to-end process from placing the initial catering order to issuing payment after the event. Requisitioners can also access E-Cater “Requested For” orders (orders placed by others directly in E-Cater), which will allow requisitioners to skip creating the catering order, and move right to the Check Out process. This punch-out process enables e-invoicing, so catering invoices are transmitted directly into Workday. For Bloomfield Campus catering orders, please follow the normal requisition lifecycle process. Please review the catering punch-out job aid which can be accessed at any time on both the Dining Services website and the Procurement website.
