No present employee may participate in or affect any recruitment or selection procedure or other action concerning the potential employment of any person to whom he is related. Neither may any employee be placed in a direct or indirect reporting relationship with any person related to him.
This policy applies to recruitment and selection for all University positions, unclassified and classified, full- and part-time.
