Access the Workday home screen using your logon credentials and select the “Benefits” worklet.
Select “My ACA 1095-C Forms” from the External Links section in the second column.
A new browser tab will open. Select the “View/Print” button and wait for your 1095-C form to generate.
Note: If you are not eligible for a 1095-C form you will not see any forms to view or print.
