Transcript Notation
Academic related:
Students suspended from the University, as a result of academic standings, will have a notation placed on their transcript. 如果学生重新入学，保持良好的学术成绩并完成毕业要求，学生可以在他/她申请毕业时要求删除批注。 Requests must be submitted to the Office of the Provost. The Provost, in consultation with other University officials, will make the final decision regarding removal of the notation.
Students dismissed from the University, as a result of academic standings, will have a notation placed on their transcript. The notation is permanent.
Notation will read as “Academic Suspension” and “Academic Dismissal” respectively.
